I was tasked to create a custom paintbrush stroke typography style for the Summer 1 - Summer Fun marketing campaign. This type landed on in-store signage, social media, and CRM mailers.
THE PROCESS
Creating the custom typeface in Photoshop was complicated process that required precise color mixing, stroke paths, and layering. It was comparable to painting letters on canvas. This video shows the process for creating the individual letters.
